Booking effort splitting

A portion of an assigned booking can now be split and re-assigned to another resource or time period. This can be extremely useful in cases where the original or preferred resource is unavailable for a portion of the booking. A portion of the booking can be reassigned to a time when the desired resource is available, or bookings can be shared across more than one resource.
