Engagement-specific Rates Override

We have introduced a new Rates Override feature to offer customers an optional, engagement-specific charging model that is more flexible than a default grade driven approach.

In business cases that suit this model, this can provide a higher level of control that in turn provides more accurate visibility and understanding of an engagement's profitability.

When this function is enabled, any rate overrides defined are included (in real-time) in engagement economics and reporting:

Refer to Rates Override for further information on how to use the Rates Override feature.
